U.S. home price growth continued but slowed in April according to the S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Indices. S&P Case-Shiller’s National Home Price Index rose by 19.80 percent year-over-year in February and was the third-largest pace of home price growth since the National Home Price Index’s inception.
